memorable stay with exceptional customer service and fantastic sunday roast

Perfect location, cozy vibes, amazing food.

The room offered decent space, suitable for a family, making it a viable option for those traveling together. The hotel's proximity to local attractions elevated the experience, allowing for easy exploration of the area without needing long treks.

Unfortunately, noise disturbances from the bar were a major downer. The live band played until late, and rowdy guests lingered outside, making it a challenge to sleep through the night. I noticed that the shower had a temperamental heating system, switching from warm to freezing without warning, which felt rather unsafe. On top of that, the room decor was dated and in need of refurbishing. it was hard to justify the price paid for such a tired appearance. Other visitors partied into the early hours, and while it’s not the hotel’s fault, sleep was hard to come by due to shouting and commotion.

The shower had issues, but the food offerings were fantastic.

had a warm welcome from the owner, the rooms were clean and had plenty of tea n coffee, nice n quiet area close to the pavilion, staff were really friendly, and loved the decor in the pub area that was being refurbished.

only downside was the room was a bit hot n we couldnt find the side lights to help with the issues getting in n out of bed.

Loved the vibrant area with art everywhere and fab food options nearby. Our room was super clean and comfy!

I had a pleasant stay at the Deluxe Double, Twin or Family Room. The location made beach access super easy. The room felt spacious and clean, giving a cozy vibe. I especially appreciated the comfortable beds. On the downside, the shower door didn’t shut properly, which was a minor annoyance. music from the pub downstairs made for some noise disturbances on the weekend. It didn't ruin our time, but it did distract from relaxing in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the positive atmosphere.

We had a lovely time here, especially with the cozy bar area where we could enjoy food with our little dog without a fuss. The sun terrace was perfect for unwinding while enjoying the live music at night. Just wished the room had been a bit cleaner, but overall, we really loved our stay! 🌟

The classic double room offered generous space and exceptional comfort for my family with children. We found the location close to the Floral Pavilion theatre to be highly convenient.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, and the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay, ensuring we had a great experience. the outdoor seating at the restaurant was particularly enjoyable as we relished the lovely weather while dining on fresh food.

This was just a reliable pick for a quick layover in New Brighton with good value considering the price it charged. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which was a nice surprise. Be prepared for some noise from the local bars if you're a light sleeper.
